Since 2009, Bart Balcaen has been active as an interior designer and founder of Bart Balcaen - Interior Concepts & Design, with a strong focus on hospitality, retail, and high-end residential projects. His impressive portfolio, featuring projects both in Belgium and abroad, reflects not only his creativity but also his distinctive approach to design.
In every project, uniqueness, experience, flow, and ROI take center stage. Design is not merely about aesthetics, but about strategic clarity, functionality, and long-term value.
In addition, Bart is co-founder, owner, and managing director of JB Luxury BV, representing exclusive interior brands such as Eichholtz and Palais on the Belgian B2B market. JB Luxury serves hospitality venues, office environments, interior architects, and project designers who value class, durability, and experiential quality.
